Application Flow

From Application to Joining Us

You can join us as quickly as 2 weeks after applying. Feel free to get in touch first.

Entry

Apply via our contact form or by phone. No resume required at this stage — just get in touch.

Document Screening

After your entry, please submit a resume and optional work history. We will notify you of the result within one week.

Approx. 3–5 business days
3

1st Interview (Online or In-Person)

An interview with our recruitment team. Zoom interviews are available. Smart casual or business attire both welcome.

Duration: approx. 45 min–1 hour

2nd Interview & Company Tour

Executive interview combined with a tour of our office and worksites — a chance to experience the real workplace atmosphere.

Duration: approx. 2–3 hours

Offer & Conditions

Upon acceptance, we issue a formal offer letter. We will confirm salary, start date, and other terms before finalizing.

Onboarding possible 2 weeks to 1 month after offer

Onboarding & Training

After joining, training begins with business etiquette, safety education, and technical skills. Senior employees provide thorough OJT support.

Training period: approx. 1–3 months (varies by role and experience)

Q. Can I apply even without experience?
A. Absolutely. We welcome applicants with no prior experience. Our comprehensive training program will develop you from scratch. Motivation and sincerity are all you need.
Q. Can women apply?
A. Of course. There are many positions where women thrive, including sales, construction management, and office work. We have a strong track record of maternity and parental leave use.
Q. Is it OK if I have no qualifications?
A. No qualifications are required at the time of joining. The company will support you in obtaining any certifications needed for the role.
Q. How long does the selection process take?
A. From entry to offer, the process takes as little as 1–2 weeks. There are a maximum of two interview rounds.
