Document Screening
After your entry, please submit a resume and optional work history. We will notify you of the result within one week.
1st Interview (Online or In-Person)
An interview with our recruitment team. Zoom interviews are available. Smart casual or business attire both welcome.
2nd Interview & Company Tour
Executive interview combined with a tour of our office and worksites — a chance to experience the real workplace atmosphere.
Offer & Conditions
Upon acceptance, we issue a formal offer letter. We will confirm salary, start date, and other terms before finalizing.
Onboarding & Training
After joining, training begins with business etiquette, safety education, and technical skills. Senior employees provide thorough OJT support.
