General Position (Construction Management / Sales)
| Job Description | Construction management for exterior cleaning and various maintenance work, plus sales activities for corporate and individual clients. |

| Location | Kisarazu, Chiba (HQ) — worksites throughout Chiba Prefecture |
| Hours | 8:00–17:00 (60-min break) |
| Days Off | Two days off per week (Sat/Sun/holidays), annual paid leave, summer and year-end holidays |
| Requirements | High school graduate or above, standard driver's license (no automatic-only) Experience in construction/cleaning/facility management preferred; newcomers welcome |
Technical Position (Cleaning & Maintenance Worker)
| Job Description | Exterior cleaning, residential cleaning, solar panel washing, and general maintenance work. |
